The Bay Area Discovery Museum engages, delights and educates children through exploration of and connection with the local environment and the diverse communities that live here.

The Museum serves children ages 6 months - 8 years, their families, educators and caregivers.

Hours:  Tuesday - Friday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Closed Mondays, except when noted.

The Museum is closed on Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day and the last two weeks of September.

Admission Fees (members free)

$8:   Children (1 - 17)

$10: Adults

$8:   Seniors (62+ years)

Children under 1 and members: FREE.

Free Admission Days for Bay Area Discovery Museum:

First Wednesday of every month.
