American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Funds
You may be eligible for assistance if:
You earn 50% of Area Median Income ($53,500 for a family of four) or less and are homeless or
You will be homeless if you don't receive some assistance or
Low-income families earning less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline (approximately $44,000 for a family of four).
Employers of all sectors and jobseekers - HSA's Subsidized Employment program will provide a subsidy up to 70% of wage and employment costs (including training, supervision, taxes, benefits and other employment costs).
An additional subsidy up to 10% may be available to tax-exempt organizations. This subsidy will help local employers by providing a significant subsidy of labor and employment costs. Jobseekers will gain valuable work experience as they support their families.
